Confirmation of your order
In accordance with the distance selling reguations, we will will always confirm receipt of your order by email, on the same day that your order has been placed. The order will confirm that your Letter Box Hamper will be packed and shipped within 24 hours and includes free 1st Class U.K. delivery.
Confirmation that your order has been shipped
We will notify you by email as soon as your Letter Box Hamper has been dispatched and advise of the estimated delivery date. We understand that you'll want an update as soon as your little, personalised and postable hamper of the best of Britain's finest food and drink is on its way to your friends and family!
Delivery
All of our Hampers include free 1st Class Royal Mail delivery and will be dispatched the same day as receiving your order, if ordered before 2pm (Monday - Friday). 95% of 1st Class Royal Mail deliveries arrive the following day, so if you place an order before 2pm it is likely that your hamper will be delivered the next day.
Please note that cheese cannot be shipped overseas - orders with cheese selected for overseas delivery will be replaced by Wookey Hole Cheddar Crackers.
Refunds & Cancellations
If you change your mind for any reason, simply email sales@letterboxhamper.com and if your order has not been dispatched we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
If your order has been processed and dispatched and for any reason you are unhappy, we also offer a full no-quibble refund. Just return the hamper to us in the post and you will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund if the individual products in your hamper have been opened, resealed, damaged or used in any way.

We respect your right to privacy. Any personal data which you give us will be used exclusively for the purpose of providing a gift hamper for your friends or family. We may occasionally send you information about our products, services and new offers. If you do not want to receive such information you may unsubscribe at any time. We have never - and never will - share your data with anyone else, for any reason. We are responsible for credit and debit card transactions processed through this site and they are all processed through a PCI compliant secured 3rd party, using SSL. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Alcohol
It is an offence to purchase or attempt to purchase alcoholic liquor under the Licensing Act 2003 if you are under the age of 18. By placing an order for any hamper containing alcohol the purchaser shall be deemed to have confirmed they and the recipient are at least 18 years old.
Multiple orders
Discounts for personal or corporate customers are available for orders of 10 or more hampers, please contact our sales team on 07775190676 or sales@letterboxhamper for more information. Tesco mobile approached us to provide 350 gift hampers to be delivered on a specific date for their team’s Christmas presents. Each employee chose the contents from our ‘create your own’ options and they were delivered with a branded card inside, all wrapped in Tesco’s. branded blue wrapping paper.
